I bought the Rogz Scooter “H” Harness for my three year old Lakeland Terrier as it promised to afford slightly more control than the Rogz Step-In harness for dogs who are inclined to pull, and I must say this has proved to be the case. We tend to alternate the two harnesses, reverting to the Step-In on cold days when he needs to wear a coat over the top (as the positioning of the ring where the lead attaches is closer to the front than on the Scooter harness), but both are as good as each other in their own way, and I have to admit he certainly draws lots of compliments in his turquoise “Paws” harness and matching lead, as he struts proudly around the town! So my rating is 5 out of 5 (or 10 out of 10!) and a big thank you.
