Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 180 days from the day following the receipt of goods, without providing any reason.
Exceptions to Cancellation:
- Custom-made or clearly personalised goods, including engraved ID tags.
- Products that have been used.
Exchange Process:
- You can return your product for an exchange, which we will process upon receipt of the returned item.
- Alternatively, place a new order for the desired item, and we will issue a refund for the original order upon receipt of the return.
Manual Return Form:
- For those without an account, please use the manual return form to provide your order details and specify items for return or exchange. Clearly indicate any desired exchange items in the provided field.
Ordering Without Registration:
- If you've ordered without an account, please contact us for assistance instead of creating a new account, as it won't link to your previous order.
